Living spaces
La Cascina del Fattore has light, open living spaces with stunning views of the Langhe landscape and the Alps beyond.
There is a large, modern, fully equipped, kitchen. This has a large island for informal dining.
Additionally, the dining table seats 8 people.
The downstairs seating/reading areas are double height.
In addition to underfloor heating throughout, there is a wood burning fire place.
There is a home cinema with a large screen and surround-sound in the sitting room, which can also be used for UK news channels and Netflix (there is Italian TV in the kitchen). A multi-room sound system can be used for vinyl, CDs and 100s of radio stations.
The old barn area attached to the side of the main house has been converted into a large outside kitchen. This has a brick pizza oven and barbeque. The outside dining area can accommodate up to 20 people.
A double height library faces onto an open study area on the first floor.
On the same floor, there is a covered terrace.
A balcony runs across the entire front of the house.
Bedrooms
La Cascina del Fattore has four, large double bedrooms: one with two single beds.
On the ground floor there is a large, front facing, bedroom with an en suite bathroom (with both bath and shower) and a dressing room.
There are three further bedrooms on the first floor.
The largest of these has an en suite bathroom, again with both bath and shower. Although it is at the back of the house, there is a forward facing window and the room has its own large terrace overlooking the garden and surrounding vineyards.
The two other first floor bedrooms share a large third bathroom with a double shower.
At the back, there is bedroom with two single beds. This would be most suitable for children.
Finally, there is a front facing bedroom with a double bed and its own access to the balcony.
