Rental rates for La Cascina del Fattore run ordinarily from Saturday to Saturday. However, during the Truffle Festival we are be able to let the house for long weekends (Friday to Monday).

The pool attendant and the gardeners have access to the property during the week.
Rental Conditions:
The rental period runs from 4pm on Saturday until 10am the Saturday of departure (10am Friday to 4pm Monday for long weekends). Rent includes water, electricity and a weekly change of bed linen and towels.
Care should be taken with respect to water consumption during the summer months. The heating is included.
A maximum of 8 people can be accommodated. Infants up to 2 can be accommodated at no extra cost so long as appropriate sleeping arrangements are made for them by parents. The house was not designed with young children in mind so great care must be taken with them (especially on the main stairs and by the pool). In any event, no responsibility whatsoever can be accepted by the owners for any personal accident or damage to a person or their property while on the premises howsoever caused.
A non-returnable deposit of 25% of the total is payable to secure a booking, the balance of the rental cost must be paid not less than 8 weeks before the rental period commences (or at the time of booking if less than 8 weeks before arrival). If a cancellation is made within 8 weeks of the rental period, the whole of the rent paid is liable to be retained unless the house is subsequently booked for the same period.
NB We cannot hold a reservation without a deposit being made. The reservations are on a first-come-first-served basis.
Holiday insurance is the responsibility of the tenant.

We don’t take any security deposit but expect guests to let our house manager know of any breakages or furniture damage. This is our private and well loved home and we trust that guests will treat it with respect.
House Rules
Pets are not permitted.
Smoking is only permitted outside and on the terraces or balcony.
No red wine to be drunk on the sofas.
Use only tumblers in or around the pool.
Children to be supervised at all times (especially in and around stairs and the pool).
